Produced from organic farming.
Pretty lemon yellow highlights for a very smooth whisky on the palate. On the nose, you’ll sense the smell of a log fire outside in the early hours of the morning after a fine evening. Then come spicy notes of pepper and smoked tea.
The palate is full-bodied, very full-bodied, with a delicious, almost caramelised malt underlining a finely iodised peatiness.
