All of our products at the Distillerie du Vercors are made from organic French barley. We use water sourced directly from the Vercors and use absolutely no artificial colourings. At the foot of a two-hundred-year-old Sequoia tree our one-of-a-kind still carries out its low-temperature distillation – distilling for 14 hours.
